Why are most of the games not affected by a filter?
The sites for these games are usually not known or they are back-way routes to the site.

What about sites that can get around the filter? (proxy sites)
Proxy sites usually are blocked by filters. But there are TONS of proxy sites. A good way to get by is using the I.D. number of the site. You know like this ###.####.##.# with the # representing numbers. Many proxy sites use that trick.
